 تعلن شركة زين عن فرصة عمل كمدير قطاع في البحرين. ستكون مسؤولاً في هذه الوظيفة عن بيع حلول شركة زين من خلال شرح المعلومات التقنية للعملاء الحاليين والمحتملين وكيف يمكن للشركة حل مشكلاتهم أو تلبية متطلباتهم.

معايير القبول:

يجب أن تمتلك:

  • درجة البكالوريوس في تكنولوجيا المعلومات أو هندسة حاسوب أو هندسة الشبكات أو أي مجال آخر ذي صلة.
  • يفضل بشدة أن تكون حاصلاً على شهادة CCNA.
  • تمتلك من 5 إلى 10 سنوات من الخبرة بحد أدنى.
  • الجنسية البحرينية.

Job Description

Zain Bahrain is actively recruiting for the role of Enterprise Segment Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for selling Zain enterprise solutions by explaining to current and potential customers technical information and how it can solve their problems and or meet their requirements.
Your responsibilities will also include, but not be limited to, the following:
 

  • Generate new revenues for Zain and gain penetration into new clients business.
  • Grow existing revenues for Zain and gain penetration into existing clients business.
  • Achieve individual and team quarterly sales targets.
  • Develop and maintain relationship with key client contacts that fosters an environment to drive client performance and minimize attrition risk;
  • Plan and design profitable solutions to potential/existing clients by understanding their requirements in terms of business needs, priorities, etc.
  • Participate in achieving department’s scorecard goals including client satisfaction, revenue and performance metrics.
  • Prepare required department reports and documentation including monthly account management reports, relationship plans, client day account review plans, executive briefing documents, visit summaries, etc.
  • Manage client-facing account services projects while maintaining a high level of client satisfaction including independently developing, managing and owning overall project plan and timelines for key deliverables;
  • Research, understand and identify the client's business needs and challenges.
  • Provide proper feasibility study/analysis, documentation, etc. of all proposals.
  • Maintain his/her knowledge of Telecommunication services such as dedicated internet service, MPLS, IP telephony & voice services SIP, Analog, ISDN, ...etc.
  • Maintain high-level of customer loyalty and builds trust and integrity
  • Perform all other related duties as assigned or needed.

What Do You Need to Qualify

  • BS degree in IT, Computer Engineering, Network Engineering or any relevant field of study.
  • CCNA certification is highly preferred.
  • Minimum 5-10 years of relative experience.
  • Bahraini national
